David spent 13 years in Asia Pacific with blue chip multinational and global leader in the drinks industry, Diageo plc in roles as Regional Counsel and Managing Director. Since leaving Diageo and returning to Scotland in 2013, David has developed a range of investments and business interests connecting businesses in the UK with Asia, across beverage alcohol export, brand development, technology and compliance.
Alan is a projects lawyer and has acted for major retailers, telecommunications clients, further education organisations, life sciences companies and space sciences organisations. Alan is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and is a Member of the International Institute of Space Law; he is also a Writer to Her Majesty’s Signet.
